Sabraton Sudz 2

Stop yelling at me! I've been through many a car wash, but this is the only one that gave me anxiety. The purchase screen shouts directions at a volume that left my ears ringing, then inside the wash there was a speaker blasting directions and narrating the wash cycle. We need a red light, not a tutorial. Please turn it off. Unfortunately, it seems ownership likely doesn't read their reviews, so I doubt this will change. The wash was decent, though. My car was only mildly dirty, but the lowest wash took care of it. I used the right side bay.

Total waste of $10 for a basic wash. Didn’t even take the layer of dust off my car.

Paid for fire and ice wash ($15) and in the middle of the wash the machines just stopped and the screen inside the wash bay just said out of service. The portion of the wash that was completed was great and was fortunate that it was after a wash part of the cycle that it suddenly stopped. Overall though disappointed with the result.

This is the second time i've been to this car wash in Sabraton, WV. I paid for the $16 wash, it cuts off half way through the wash and has left my car with soap all over it. There is no phone number or website to leave a message to see if I can be reimbursed. Now I have to go somewhere else to wash my car again because the soap is staining my windows and probably my paint.

Attempted to get my car washed on 12/26. The first bay said “Credit Card Only” I tried multiple times with 2 different cards - card reader error. Moved over to the next bay - card still did not work. Selected $10 car wash. Door opened, pulled in. Pretreatment applied then the door opened, the car wash stopped and I was done. Don’t plan to use this car wash again!
