Saddlebrook Wash

I was surprised they rated at 3.7 stars. (Look at how many 5 star reviews have only left one review ever. In marketing this is a dead giveaway to the quality of that review.) In June they got 32 reviews in a month. 10 of the 5 star reviews were by people where this was the only review they have ever left. Since June they have gotten 14??? Just sayin' somethin' seems off! This place is poorly managed, understaffed, and is a drive through carwash with hand carwash prices. I paid $35 for the "Gold Lava" wash and got no change. It clearly states that it includes "Wheel Brightener." I will let you judge if it was worth that price by looking at the photos here. NOTE: These are not scratches on the wheels; it is brake dust. The worst place possible, I wish I could get my money back. First they tried to sneak and extra charge I didn’t agree too, but the front desk person took the extra charge off, then I notice my car is not only still covered in stains on the top, but they scratched the hell out of my car leaving scratches all over a car that had 0. The workers are completely incompetent and damaged my car and then stole my kids toy out the car too. I’d give it negative stars if I could, and now I gotta figure out how to get these scratches out. Thanks a lot, only took over 2 hours and cost over $50 to get a stained and scratched car back from you, and what kind of person steals a kids toy?

I have always had a positive experience at this car wash. The staff is friendly, attentive, and consistently does a great job with my vehicle. Today, I witnessed an uncomfortable situation involving a customer dispute. I want to emphasize that the employees remained professional and calm at all times. Situations like this highlight the importance of treating service workers with respect. I continue to appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the staff and the quality of service they provide.

I 100% recommend saddle brook for both fantastic detailing but problem solving . I had an insurance adjuster mark hail damage using an oil based paint pen on my Truck that was cooked on. After 4 months, 3 fails At detailing shops and hundreds of dollars wasted, I took it to Saddle brook on Kuykendahl. Their team had an extensive technical knowledge on the proper chemicals and application necessary to handle this rare situation as well as the experience. There should be 6 stars for this type of service.

Paid $144 for the most expensive detail option they have. Sign says comes with fragrance, when i asked if they used any fragrance in my vehicle the lovely lady let me know my package doesn’t come with it 🤷‍♂️. Overall im not impressed. Came in on a monday with it being super dead and me stressing the fact that id like them to take their time on my vehicle i was hopeful. I got it back with the same smashed bugs on my mirrors and crud all over my running boards. Unevenly applied tire shine and dirt rims. Greasy uneven interior. Welp now I know.
