Safa Motors is reliable and honest, they truly value their customers and stay true to what they sell. Our 2018 Audi A3 had issues after we purchased the car. Safa Motors had the car picked up the next day, Chris even drove over an hour to personally send the car back to us to ensure the car had no issues. The level of attentiveness, wonderful customer service, and great communication made us feel at ease. Chris hand held the entire process of reaching out to Audi and made sure the car was in good condition before returning the car back to us. We are pleased with our Audi, and glad we chose Safa Motors. We don't think other car dealerships would have went above and beyond after making a sale, but you are safe with Safa Motors.

Update on 2/5/2026. I did not omit any substantive facts. Safa Motors is twisting the facts and details making it sound like they tried to rectify the situation. I did not claim my offer was to cover tranport costs but to cover the new tires and brakes that inspection identified. My offer explicetly requested a response/counter offer. They did not reach out until afte their unethical behavior. Again, trust the negative 1 star reviews. Trust the negative 1 star reviews for this dealer. They are unethical. Just look at how many times they have to respond to disgruntled former customers. I expect they will do the same here. I spent time and money getting a car checked out and made a very reasonable offer. They said they are considering it and would get back to me the next day; which
