My car was wrongfully towed from an apartment complex despite being registered to park and in a visitor spot. The car is lowered and was damaged when they towed it. They cracked the front member and cracked the radiator. The car overheated when I tried to drive it away from the impound lot. They will not respond to an email sent to their claims email address. i am sending them a Demand letter and reporting them to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to try to recover the over $4000 in damages owed to get my car repaired.

Completely unprofessional. My car was wrongfully towed despite being registered with the apartment complex. I showed up. I was polite. I was not hostile. I did not accuse them of anything. When asked my method of payment. I told them "credit please". Promptly gave the man my credit card. He scoffs, runs it, and toss it back to me in a rude manner. They will give you papers asking you to agree to not disputing a chargeback with your credit card company. If you were wrongfully towed, DO NOT SIGN THOSE. I talked to the apartment complex's manager and they contact this towing company to have them remove the charges on my credit card. That single negative interaction with manager was enough for me to say that this is most definitely not the best towing company in Mckinney, far from it.

Zero stars. Absolutely unacceptable. This towing company towed my car with no legitimate reason whatsoever. The staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about explaining or fixing their mistake. Their entire business model feels predatory—towing cars just to make a quick buck, not because it’s justified. This is not how a professional or ethical business operates. Terrible staff, shady business practices, and unjustified towing. Avoid this company at all costs.

On December 1, 2024, I observed individuals, seemingly from the same family, hiding near the business area to call tow trucks as soon as people parked their cars and walked away. This appears to be a deliberate entrapment scheme, especially targeting shoppers during the Thanksgiving holiday week. Lack of Proper Signage
