Windshield replaced in a timely manner. Service techs who arrived at my home were kind and pleasant. Seemed to do a good job. It was easy to schedule on line. Seemed very comparable to other glass repair companies in this area. I do have 1 complaint about the process though. I scheduled service based on the advertised price and the coupon I had. When I got to check out there was a new fee added in there that wasn’t part of the up front price (at least not readily visible to me). That $40 fee was a surprise. I called the shop scheduled to do it and the manager spoke with me in a way that didn’t encourage me to want to do business with them when I asked about that fee showing up. I asked if I could keep my windshield and he said no. Funny enough, when the tech arrived I told him I was bumm

Safelite did not install the side trim panel next to my front windshield correctly after replacing my windshield and the first time we went on the freeway at 80mph it ripped off. They replaced it, and it happed again. The technician mentioned that it was missing the rubber boot at the bottom which helps secure it. He said it would be fine and to call if we had any problems. When the panel came off again, I took it to the Safelite shop and the Manager came out to my vehicle and before I could say anything he pointed to the carwash tag on our windshield and said that was the problem and cause of the damage. He wouldn't even listen to what I had to say and eventually just walked away. Very unprofessional and and sad to see a company not take ownership of their service. I will never use

The Safelite crew at the 11575 W President Dr, Boise, ID 83713 are wonderful. They were so helpful on installing and getting a hard to get windshield for my 1992 Honda Civic EG6 Hatchback. The windshield looks great with my new factory moldings. They came to my house and just did a perfect job. I recommend setting up an appointment with them on your old Honda. I recommend them to everyone!!!!!

Did a great job, on time and quick, but thorough. My window was shattered so it was a bit harder. They also b did a good job at re-attaching my autostart.
