I had an excellent experience with my windshield replacement. The tech who worked on my windshield Zakk made sure to answer any questions and set me at ease for the settlement of the glass and the overall replacement quality. It was so fast and was above my expectations in quality, communication, and service. Will be back for any future work.

I took my vehicle in to get my windshield replaced. A rock had put a crack in it a week before. I drove to the facility in Duluth Minnesota where I was greeted with a friendly smile and a very helpful customer service rep. I was given a wait time of 2 hours, the service was done ahead of that time. I was able to speak to the manager for a few minutes which was enlightening. When my vehicle was done I was given my instructions not to do certain things within 48 Hours like put the car through a car wash. In my review everything was very professional, the staff that I spoke to were all very friendly. If I have issues with windshields in any of my vehicles I will take it to Safelite. Thank you!

TERRIBLE. I had a glass replacement scheduled. They replaced it with distorted glass (bad quality control). Then I had a warranty claim, had to reschedule twice (once for fog and once because of being short staffed). The warranty windshield they installed had cracked when the tech took it for a test drive. Now the shop will not let me go elsewhere, even though I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM. Farmers insurance is working to schedule me elsewhere and they will claw funds back from Safelite, do not deal with this location. They then asked me for $1,000 even though we have $0 deductible glass replacement, sent it to collections, then finally called Farmers insurance to clear things up on the $0 deductible. Terrible customer service, bad vibe. Techs are good people seems like though.

I had my windshield replaced by Safelite in June after a huge rock hit it and it immediately started to spider. About a month after the replacement, we had horrible rain. I got into my car and noticed water, but didn’t think much of it because of the rain. But when I started driving, water poured into my lap from the soaking wet headliner. I called the 1-800 number for my insurance and they directed be to Safelite. I was not happy. So I called my agent the next day and I was instructed to bring my car to Zenith Auto Glass. The guys at Zenith lightly pushed on the windshield and it started to pop out. The clips on the moulding surrounding the windshield were busted and the moulding was glued onto my car. they canceled my appointment twice, the first time 2 mins before the "service window" ended and refused to answer the phone to reschedule. tried to call the 1800 number and they dont have people to talk to they said everything is online now goodbye and hung up.
