Service was excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful. They explained if I needed future service they would be able to assist. Scheduling was easy and hassle free. Availability to schedule a new appointment was available. My windshield was replaced within a day. If your vehicle requires recalibration for cameras they are certified technicians available. Very satisfied with overall service. Highly recommend.

Windshield replacement was fine, however two day later when using sunroof it wouldn’t fully closed after being opened. Took it back and was told it’s not their fault as they don’t touch the roof at all. Odd that it was working before but not after….and according to Dr. Google windshield replacements can cause issues with sun roofs malfunctioning.

Fast, efficient service with a friendly team. I’ve used other companies before, but this experience stood out for how quickly everything was completed. I had expected the job to take about two hours and even planned to watch a movie, but they finished in half the time. It was a pleasant surprise and I never had to worry about timing at all.

So grateful that we contacted safelite autoglass to have them come to our home and replace our windshield on my minvan. Very convenient. Higher prices than others in my opinion. Outside of vehicles were dirty due to weather but there inspection said hood and roof scratched and report that seats were soiled. When asked about it they said they just take pictures and AI fills in report. Only went here because insurance recommended. Gal at counter said, didn’t request, that when we get a survey they want a 9 or a 10 . I won’t be going back
