My Safelite technician was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the windshield replacement quickly and efficiently. He explained the entire process clearly, answered everything before I even had questions, and left absolutely no mess behind. The new windshield looks great, and the whole experience was stress-free. I would definitely recommend Safelite and would happily use them again.

I would highly recommend using Safelite for your glass repairs. After two recent repairs, I found that they worked efficiently with my insurance company and completed my repairs in a timely manner. I received excellent customer service. This last visit, Preston was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns about my vehicle.

I recently got the windshield replaced on my FJ Cruiser and they did a great job! I was there for about 3 hours, apparently they’re not the easiest vehicles to replace windshields on, lol. I initially thought they wouldn’t be able to reinstall the trim piece above the windshield that I have rhino lined, but they ended up being able to do that and gave me the new trim piece that they had ordered without charging me anything extra.

Easy to navigate website with upfront fair pricing. Came in costing less than I expected and they came to me which was a great bonus. Scheduling was easy to do right from the website. Tech was professional and courteous. No hesitation going back to this company.

We dropped off my wife’s car at Safelite on Saturday morning and were told it would be ready that afternoon, but no one ever called to let us know when it was done. Because we were moving that weekend and didn’t realize it was finished, we couldn’t pick up the car until Monday, which was really frustrating and inconvenient with the move. The service manager did offer to add Rain-X and new wiper blades as a goodwill gesture, which we appreciated, but better communication would have made a much bigger difference. Overall, the repair itself was fine, but the lack of follow-up left us disappointed.
