My windshield split straight across so I needed a full replacement. The website was very easy to navigate. A very nice representative called and offered to bump up my appointment. Elijah showed up on time and had it quickly. And with my insurance, it only cost me $100.

The reason I am not giving less than 4 stars is solely because of the assistant store manager, Devon (apologies if the name is misspelled), and the excellent corporate customer service I received - it would be a different story if she had not been the BEST example of how to take care of and treat customers. However, this rating not being 5 stars is due to the experience I had with the employee Jordan, who demonstrated difficulty listening, thinking critically, or even providing his own name when asked multiple times. Further details I am sure management received after the complaint I made with corporate after speaking with them. Recently had the windshield replaced on my ‘23 Ram Pickup. Safelite provided great communication throughout the process. The Tech that did the work came to my home and was excellent. He even followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work.

Very fast Windshield replacement. Tech cleaned up glass the best he could aftet smoking a turkey.

The company was prompt with scheduling service. One day after windshield cracking, I had a new replacement. Very easy process. Our technician was outstanding.
