I took my Rav 4 in for a windshield replacement, when doing this repair the TSS needs to be recalibrated for the new windshield, this should have been done during my first appointment. After one week of driving my car, I received an email explaining the report of the calibration was missed and I would need to bring it in again, I was sent a date and time for my second appointment, no one from the location called or email to check if I was available. I had to reschedule the appointment, just to sit for an hour before my car was taken in for the calibration. There were no issues or alerts on my TSS system, but after they worked on my car, I was told they couldn't calibrate it and would need to bring it in for a third time possibly all day. Brent was super friendly and efficient working through an afternoon filled with many people in the waiting room. He set expectations on timing and over delivered getting me out faster than expected. I also could tell he was keeping the whole team positive and engaged. Super impressed! Lucky to have good people like him!

This is my first time dealing with this location and I am extremely disappointed in my experience. I had an appointment to have a chipped windshield repaired where the technician would come to me. I was told the technician would arrive between noon and 5 pm. It is currently 5:45 pm and nobody has showed up, nobody has contacted me, and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to get an explanation. After running in circles from the online live chat and calling the local number given to me (which just told me to go online and hung up on me), I was given the general customer service number and even they couldn't get in touch with anyone to follow up and see why I was ghosted. I dont know what happened, but I do not appreciate taking time off work to then have the technician no show and have nobody re

This was a terrible experience. As having a Ziebart in town. I was looking for other partners and places to use for windows when things occur and are needed. Tried this place for a customers truck. I walked in gave her the keys. Paid there. She said it would be 2.5 hours so went and walked around came back in 3 hours. Then they tell me 30 more mins. 45 mins go by they tell me an hour. Hour goes by they say another hour. Let me just say I got there at 10:45 am and didnt leave til 5:45pm. And still had to go close my ziebaets. I wont be using this place for myself or customers moving forward.

Scheduled everything online very easily. Was given plenty of confirmation and reminder messages. Came in 15mins early and my windshield was completed in under an hour. No complaints. Staff was great.
