The Huntington safelite was a great experience- the staff was super friendly and welcoming and got our window replaced on a timely manner. We are hoping we won’t have another cracked windshield… but if we need to go back we wouldn’t hesitate

My boyfriend's daughter went in December to get a windshield and they put a defective one in, telling her to take $75.00 and keep the defective one. 🙄So she said no, they told her it'd be 6 months before she could get a windshield to just wait. I however went down as a total stranger and asked for a windshield with HER vin number, they said it'd be 4 days...... 🤔 Hmmm. How's that right? The manager was a completely rude jerk about the whole thing. So when they called me saying MY windshield was in I had her meet me and had a little talk with the manager, he put the new windshield in her trailblazer right then and ate the cost of the better windshield that I had ordered for her. I was very pleased with Safelite's replacement of my windshield. Safelite made it easy, and they were informative, friendly, kind, and very professional. I highly recommend them!

I will never go back here again. Brought car in for cracked windshield and came out with a bad rattling around eye site location when going over anything but a smooth road. Took car back to take care of and they told me couldn’t do anything. Said they never touched that area. Why was it quiet going in and now it rattles. It’s been over a year now and I got mad thinking about it all over again. Do not recommend satellite, at least not this one. Very disappointed. Will never do business with them ever again.

Safelite was excellent. The technician was wonderful and worked diligently to make sure everything was done on time and with perfection. Very courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!
