Gravel truck got me on highway. Chipped my windshield before I even had 3000 miles on my car. Called Safelite and they set my appointment up. Mark came out and completed repair quickly and effectively. Turned a bad experience into an easy stress free one.

Great service on my windshield replacement.!! I had to wait since I didn’t have another car for drop off. The windshield was replaced in 90 minutes so my wait was not unreasonable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with coffee and bottled water available at no cost. Staff was friendly and everything was explained thoroughly. They handled all of the insurance issues. AAAAA+

I was delighted with the whole experience. As the annoying crack was spreading across our windshield, I was dreading having to deal with it. Safelite made it so easy. We were able to book online and choose our own date and time range. We got reminders of our appointment date. Our tech Steven called when he was on his way. The work was performed quickly in our driveway and we painlessly had a new windshield. I highly recommend their services.

Truck got broken into in Columbus, OH the day before so I was able to call ahead and get an appointment booked at this Livonia location on my way home. The staff was great from the front desk receptionist to the replacement techs. They made my awful week much better by getting me fixed up quickly!
