I recently had my windshield replaced. During the first installation there were some errors with the OEM calibration and installation, but the staff were very honest and transparent about the information and communicated efficiently. They were able to setup a 2nd appointment covered by insurance to take care of the rest of the installation and recalibration. They did great work and the windshield and systems are functioning like brand new! Highly recommend this location. Thank you again, and keep up the great work!
Super nice experience from quotation to execution. Clear, fast and precise Communication was a key factor. All these process digital experience was awesome. And the tech who came to my place was super professional (Heriberto). Super glad with the company and totally recommend.
I was very satisfied with the service I received. I needed my windshield replaced and was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and informative every step of the way, you could really tell they were looking out for me as a customer. The replacement was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the overall experience was stress-free. I would definitely recommend their services.
They could not find my payment for days. Cannot get a time window for my warranty repair scheduled for today with the manager. Windshield is whistling. Customer service says 24/7 but no one is there. UPDATE: Finally reached customer service on the 5th number I tried. She didn't even show we were on the schedule--and they never showed! Didn't even have the courtesy the next business day to return my text message asking when they would arrive.
I highly recommend this Safelite location. The team worked hard to accommodate some scheduling challenges and made my repair happen even when a customer (me) goofs up. Benji, the installer, did excellent work and kept me informed throughout the process. Renzo, the manager, was great to work with and helped make the scheduling work.
