Safelite was fine, but note wrong address in Google. Should show at 2140 Walworth Penfield Road, Walworth, NY. This 104 address is a different business 12 minutes away.
The process of getting my windshield replaced was super easy. I set up an appointment online, got appointment reminders texted to me, showed up for the appointment, knew the cost ahead of time, and was done within an hour. No surprises. Great communication. But hopefully I don’t get another cracked windshield for a while…
I made this Christmas stocking while waiting for my windshield to get replaced. They were so fast and the quality of service was excellent!
They were fast, friendly and I recommend everyone, including those who read this comment, to have their windshield repaired or replaced by Safelite. They are also informative about what you need to do short term after the repair or replacement of your windshield. I know that I will definitely return to Safelite again. They're #1 windshield technicians.
The windshield that they put in seems like the correct one at least, so I gave them two stars for that. The re-sealing job they did on the bottom portion was loose and they completely removed the sealant up top. Also noticed plastic covering snapped and many coverings unhooked in my engine compartment… cannot recommend taking your car here if it’s foreign or high-end. I also think this location is closing, not sure if that has something to do with it… Perhaps they do more professional installation/replacement work with American cars
