I got my windshield replaced through my insurance. The first time I went I had an appointment and it took about 2 hours as it should but when I picked up my vehicle they left glass everywhere inside the vehicle. I had a minor crack in the windshield. And the molding was leaking through the inside. I didn’t complain am not that kind of guy. When I was driving to work the next morning the window seal flew off of my car. I brought my car back to the shop around 3pm that day and the lady told me the all the technicians left early that day so I had to come back. It ended up raining that night and it leaked through into my car. Great company to work with. I have used this company three times in the last year or two and every experience has been great. This time it was just a chip repair, but they have replaced a windshield and a power back window. Easy to schedule online, they take care of insurance for me, and the techs are great. The work is always done perfectly, like the accident never happened.

I had a repair completed a few years ago. I noticed the glass around the repair started to crack. I contacted Safelite online and in less than 24 hours a schedule consultant contacted me. I was provided a 4 hour window of arrival with up to two hours to replace under warranty. I received emails with confirmation and video on what to expect when my technician arrives. The followup emails and texts are great. I knew who my technician was going to be and got a call from Anthony when he was 15 minutes out. He greeted with a polite handshake and introduction. After the less than an hour the service was completed and advised on the dos and don’ts while the new windshield set. They really didn’t know what they were doing replacing the windshield on my Model Y Tesla. First, they told me they couldn’t re-calibrate the cameras. Then, nearly three hours later I asking how much longer and was told they were trying to re-calibrate the cameras. When the car was returning, I had two warning lights on and the car was a mess on the inside. They told me to take the car to Tesla to have the warning lights corrected.

I had an excellent experience with SafeLite of Rock Hill, SC! Both Skylar and Angela were extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Skylar, the repair tech at the shop, took the time to explain the entire process in detail and set clear expectations for the repair. Angela, the customer associate and repair tech who came to my home to fix my windshield, was just as friendly and professional. They both patiently answered all my questions, and the whole process was very fast and cost-effective. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how smoothly everything went from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing glass repair, truly outstanding service!
