My windshield replacement experience was wonderful! The staff were all friendly, efficient, informative, professional, and clearly enjoying their jobs and working together at this location. The office manager went above and beyond to make my wait comfortable and she did it all with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor. She was thorough and informative in response to my questions about windshields and safety and truly enjoyed helping customers. At first the female manager appeared pretentious in her handling our initial windshield replacement. Although she seemed to say all the right things, her demeanor seemed flawed and circumspect. One week later we brought the vehicle back to Santa Cruz Safelite because a three lined crack appeared without a rock strike at a point above the front camera. We suspected a stress crack and began to explain that to the same manager we saw the first time. She seemed immediately defensive and while grinning stated that we would be surprised. She took one look at the windshield and with glee and outright happiness suggested there was a strike point where something hit the windshield. We were surprised and angered about her happiness to show us what she surmised occurred and stated we would be respons

The work and workers were great! My window in car broke..-thank goodness insurance paid most of it… i had to pay 180$,- but i had seen several discount coupons… i tried so many of them,- didn’t work so i called the help line and they said no coupons for costumers with insurance!!! Had i known i would not have chosen the package they offers if you add more items. The manager was off and the only one who could have helped me…

The manager, Alisa(?) was very helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. The mobile technician, Bohdi, was polite, respectful and very capable. Considering he did this as his last call, late in afternoon, on a Friday (Halloween!) his cheerfulness and professionalism was really appreciated. The replacement is as good as new.
