Contacted them through my auto insurer (the one with a gecko for a spokesman), and experience was excellent. Scheduling was very easy & convenient (they were able to come to my home and do the repair in my driveway). Communication was great (reminder call the day before, and the technician (Rafael) called before coming over. Rafael was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and he completed the whole repair super quickly. Overall, I was very impressed and happy with my experience, and the fact that it was 100% covered by my insurance was the icing on the cake.

We took our car into Safelite AutoGlass, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and the staff at the shop were friendly, professional, and welcoming as soon as we arrived. They explained the process clearly and kept us informed the entire time. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. The windshield replacement looks perfect, and the car was returned clean and ready to go. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in their work. Great customer service, quality workmanship, and a smooth overall experience. The guy on the phone at the store wasn't nice. He did seem very busy as I was on hold for any 10 min or more. The technicians who came to my office were SUPER nice. Wonderful people. The glass was hard to get out. They had to break it to get it out. They gave the car a quick vacuum but left glass particles on most of the interior, exterior surfaces. They also left glass all over the driveway which I needed to clean up. I'm worried the first time I run the defrost, or drive the car with the windows open, I'll get glass in my eyes. 5 months later I still have glass coming out of the vents.

Worse customer service ever from Daniel at the Santa maria ca office. Broke clips, left brake fluid cap off and claims no responsibly. Total hack job. Also hear new rattles because of missing clips.

Highly recommend Safelite for their mobile service! I work the graveyard shift, so it’s usually a huge headache to get anything done during the day. My technician, Jacob, was incredibly understanding and professional. He worked with me so I could leave my keys with my neighbor, allowing me to get my windshield fixed without losing a second of sleep. The repair looks perfect, and the communication was top-notch. If you need someone who is flexible and actually cares about your schedule, ask for Jacob!
