Safelite AutoGlass

The windshield is fine but they left glass all in my car. It was all over the steering wheel, my seat, the gear shift, media area, and my dashboard. I ended up cutting my hands wiping down my pants. I asked them to take it back and clean it some more and they gave it back to me with just the media and gear shift wiped down. I don’t like confrontation so I wasn’t going to make them take it back again bc I felt picky. But when I pay $365 for a windshield replacement I’d like to also have my car clean afterwards. The whole experience was very easy with setting up the appointment and getting there. The clean up is my only complaint.

The scheduling process was easy. They called me and were able to get someone immediately to my house to fix my windshield. Our technician, Michael, was very kind and professional. He explained the process clearly and was in/out quick. I would definitely recommend them.

First time using Safelite and I will say this Justin was very professional. On time. Friendly professional and very knowledgeable. Fast convenient and same day service was available I have no complaints. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would use them again if I ever needed to.

2.5. They were quick and very friendly. However, there was a large amount of the black tar like glue on the towels that I keep on my from seats, the dash, floorboard and in the cup holder, etc. Nothing was wiped down on the dash after installation. The windshield cowel was cracked prior to going in but it was completely broken when I got it back and now has a loud buzzing sound in which they said they would glue down and it might last 6mo to a year. While I have glass insurance, I don't feel that the work should be done any less efficiently. Leave the vehicle in the same condition or better yhan what your recieved it in.

If you’re looking for quality work, don’t go here. The windshield isn’t a perfect fit and they didn’t reattach a sensor correctly (maybe why it isn’t working!) Also any Audi owners, don’t go here, they cannot fix advanced safety systems.
