Had Justin drop in a high output alternator for me. We went on solid adventures trying to figure out the right belt size. It took a little time but we were able to finish it up without any issues. He was kind, courteous and up front about the discoveries that we came across. We managed to find the right belt after a few tries. He didn't bs me. He charged extremely fair prices. I visited Saginaw for the weekend, from Grand Rapids, and my vehicle started acting up. I called a couple of mechanics in the area and asked if they could take me in due to my emergency. Justin was able to take me in asap. I had to work on Monday. It’s so hard finding a mechanic that will work on the weekend. When I arrived, the whole team was amazing, they listened, taught me some things about my vehicle, and gave me resources to find more info if I wanted to later. It’s always hard finding a great mechanic in your own area but especially in another city, far from home. I’m returning for future work. Such a great owner. Justin and Cameron were able to get me in a day after I made an appointment. They were super quick, and made my repair issue fixed. And even pointed out some things that were happening with my car that I didn't know fully about. Very knowledgeable shop, and they do very good work!
