I had a great experience here. Took in for advise and inspect of other shop faulty work. They were very polite, professional. Inspected my truck, advised me and offered solutions. Suggested taking back to the shop who did the work to fix their mistakes and offered to help me if they didn't. Great job by Justina and Joe. Thank you Very much! Steve Stricker

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! The workers here are incompetent and the manager is a liar. I went in for a wheel alignment, and they told me an alignment wasn’t needed but instead I needed new brake pads, rotors, and control arm. I stupidly trusted this place. They NOT ONCE aligned my wheels, even though they documented that they did, after they did all the front body work and when I asked EVERY TIME! I had to go back like 10 times (not even exaggerating) because the control arm fell off, a new thumping noise started to happen, and the brakes continued to squeak. They did fix the control arm and the company who supplied the part paid for another issue. I asked if it was the rotors that was causing the squeak, and they told me no it’s the pads. They told me the thumping was the struts, so

Very easy to work with!! Showed up later than I ever would to a tire shop and stayed after to make sure I would have my car back and ready to go! Justina was so nice on the phone and quick to work with here.

I needed the splash guard on my car replaced. Bought the replacement part online and brought it in for them to install. They did the work at no charge! Not even labor. Compared to many places that try to get as much money out of you as possible, that’s amazing. They didn’t need to do that, but they did. Great customer service! Thanks, Tuffy!

Popped into the shop today because I noticed a part that was hanging off of the bottom of my car. The staff were so friendly and communicative. They took really great care of me and got me out of there quickly. I’d definitely go back!
