Saguaro Sun 55+ Community

Horrible place to live mostly cause the manager is so rude and is very disrespectful to the elderly in the park. She has her little spies in the park. Do not trust her!!!! All the complaints against her and she is still aloud to work for the company. This just shows they only care about the money. Lot rent is so high and it's not worth it for the community.

I have lived in this community for 7 years and I have seen a lot of changes ; both good and bad. The park was brought by a large property development management company. My lot rent has gone from $545 to $745 pert month since the new company to ownership 4 years ago. The first 3 years the lot tent inciuded water sewer and trash. For the past 4 years the tenants have been responsible for paying those utilities. The new owners did completely remodel the clubhouse and did some upgrades to the common areas including the dog park. What I like about the park is its wide streets and the friendly residents. We all watch each others back. It is great place to live year around or seasonally.

I had a great experience finding my new home here in Mesa. Tim was very helpful in finding the spot that suited my needs I’m looking forward to meeting my neighbors and making new friends Let’s all hope for a carefree winter with much friendship and good times Thank you to Dara and Tim 😊

Half the time the pool and hot tub aren't working. Only a few working street lights. They finally have some of the floors in the clubhouse fixed. Every 2 hours the lights in the clubhouse shut off. They raised everyone's lot rent by $45 and you would think stuff would be fixed.

I purchased a mobile home in this park for my father Steven and he loves living here. The neighbors are awesome and there’s lots to do. They always have different parties going on a beautiful pool and overall safe place for my father to live the rest of his days in his own home
