Saitta Trudeau RV Lot

We bought our RV with Saitta Trudeau RV . Excellent experience. Manager Ryan went the extra mile to help. Keith was also helpful and easy to work with. Technicians were all wonderful. I would highly recommend this RV dealership. They are professional and like family.

This dealership gave out misleading information and when we canceled our deal they kept my 74 year mothers $1000 deposit because she felt uncomfortable after the bank information they sent was false and her bank at home advised her not to do a money transfer because it was the least secure way to pay for a car. That is great business take 1000 dollars from a retired 74 year old woman. This dealership is misleading and shady stay clear if you don't want to get ripped off.

So this is actually the second car I have gotten from Saitta Trudeau, and I couldn't be happier!!! Traded in my car (first car I bought from here) for a new 2020 Kia!! Josh & Matt were able to get me not only into my new car ( with great interest rate) but a custome warranty for my vehicle that fits our needs for the vehicle. A fresh oil change and gave us an all around wonderful experience. At this point I'd never buy a car from anywhere else.

EXCELLENT customer service. my family and I are very pleased with sales person Jesus Uribe, What i liked the most? not push, honest, patient and very friendly. I was so happy with my first purchase that i came back for another vehicle... trully refreshing experience, Jesus Uribe is nothing like the old "car sales" persons we were use to.

dishonest dealers mislead people and then keep there money when questioned about it very unprofessional. they made the mistake and then they keep a deposit given to them by a old retired woman on a fixed income. very shady business. stay clear of this dishonest business they will give you false information and then steal your money when you don't trust them and don't want to buy a car from a dishonest dealership.
