Got a flat tire at 3AM on 30 and 360 in Arlington in the band van on the way home. We called Salazar ERS and Joseph showed up in within 35 min. He was very professional and did an amazing job. Removed the flat tire off the rim and mounted the rim back underneath the truck. 10/10 great roadside assistance.

I would like to say I am very satisfied with the service I received today. I made a call to another service and their prices where way to high. They wanted to charge me the cost of getting anew tire just to replace my valve stem. Then I remembered that I had called Salazar before and did a outstanding job. I am very happy that I remembered and called them. Outstanding job.

Used road side service for a flat tire Christmas Eve night. Tech that came out was nice everything else was horrible. They brought out a tire that costs less than 100 dollars and charged me nearly 400. they put the wrong size tire on the car causing every dangerous driving conditions and when o called they charged me another 100 to come and put the right size tire. Granted a may have said the wrong size tire I gave the lady on the phone the year make a model to ensure I was giving correct info. A tech should always double check to make sure they are putting the correct size tire on a car to avoid a potentially life threatening situation for the driver. Stay away from this company. Money grab.

Used their service and ended up having to take my car to the mechanic because they did such a terrible job. My lug screw was pushed so far into the wheel that it damaged my parking break and was undrivable! When I brought it to their attention that my lug was missing I was told that it was not their fault because they did not find the lug screw in any of their tools and just hurried up and drove off. Would not recommend!
