Sally's Body Shop

TLDR: It’s their policy to leave your keys on your hood in broad daylight in their parking lot. Poor customer service; I have never worked with a shop that was this negligent. - You can only choose two: a) Good Work b) Cheap Work c) Fast Work If you choose this shop, you will get none of them. They kept my vehicle for 42 days to replace a fender and a bumper, while continuously lying to both me and my insurance about a finishing time. I went up to check in person because they’d pushed back the finish date on my car 6 times, to the point where I no longer had a rental. My car was sitting in the parking lot 6 weeks after I’d dropped it off, in substantially worse condition than when I started. So it took me while to write this review, simply because I hate to leave bad reviews. But I'm still irritated almost 2 years later. I will admit that whoever did the bodywork did a great job but that's about it. So here we go about my experience, Sally's has been in business since I was a kid and I assumed that being a reputable shop would mean something. Starting off the quote was around $3500-$4500. Problems arise, I understand that getting into something and seeing more than anticipated raises the cost, but by the time it was said and done my insurance paid ove $10,000 for minor body damage and repaint ( slightly more than hail damage). There were things that didn't get fixed, like the outer door pillar covers were just glued back on, not replaced. The front air dam under the bumpe

Don’t let this company work on your car !! My vehicle was side swipe and hit while in their possession and the manager offered to just buff it out. They drove my car around town it’s hundreds of more miles on this vehicle. They also replace parts that wasn’t even broken at thier own expense?? I would give them 0 if could.

Came in to have some body work done to the front of my wife's jeep. Looks brand new. Ed is a talented collision repair technician. Hopefully, I don't need collision repair in the future, but if I do, no questions asked, I'm going back to Sally's Body Shop.

Poor work. Got my vehicle back almost 7 months later and have had more issues out of it since I got it back. Insurance claims weren’t filed when they should have been which then messed my timing up. They replaced my timing and not even 5 months later, timing is messed up again. This has cost me my job because it was my only means of transportation. Also didn’t put pin stripes back on passenger side and passenger door is hard to open and close like it’s not lined up right.The ready date was continuously getting pushed back. Told me it had to be aligned and that never got done so had to pay out 400 on two new tires. I do not recommend this body shop to anyone.
