This would be my 3rd car purchased exclusively at this branch of Sam leman. My experience (as always) was great. Justin Waggoner assisted us with our purchase and had a great experience with him as our sales rep. Kelly from finance is probably the best around, hands down. She’s FAST. Accurate. And super pleasant to work with as her bubbly personality makes the hefty paperwork a breeze. 3rd car bought here. All 3 times nothing but positive experiences. I’d highly recommend purchasing with sam leman ford. I will purchase all my future vehicles with them, no doubt!

WOW!!! Sam Leman Ford are the most amazing at and outstanding at doing everything WRONG! I regrettably took my vehicle to them for a recall inspection on the wiper blade motor. In order to complete the inspection, they have to take the wiper arms off. When I got home after picking up the vehicle, I figured it’d make sense to test them (though I should’ve been weary enough to test them at the dealership). The wiper went OVER the A pillar of the car!!! Not only that, they have no knowledge of EVs and failed to address the CHARGE PORT LOCK. They thought I said the FUEL DOOR LATCH. HOW?!?!?? Calling them unskilled would be a compliment. If there are any employees of vision centers reading this review, PLEASE get someone to the Sam Leman Service department ASAP to prevent other poor people fro

This is the 2nd truck purchased from Lehmans. Recently purchased a 1 owner 2021 F150 powerboost with 79k miles from Sam Lehman. I’m less than 2k miles in and experiencing issues from squeaking exhaust valve issues when going from Engine to EV mode, intermittent check engine light saying unable to drive contact dealer. 40k dollars later and no help. I’ve called, been passed around from sales, service and even spoke to the manger. I’ve mentioned service bulletin and tsb numbers for this exact repair I’m experiencing, with no response. Not only was the Lehmans guarantee of 6k/6mon warranty (salesman stated every vehicle sold comes with that guarantee) plus the extended hold warranty I purchased on top with no coverage ( thousands of dollars) Yet they had no issue sending me to parts dep, par

This has been one of the best experiences from a dealer i have had in my life. I called into the dealership late on a Friday night, They were about to close, Audrey helped out by obtaining the vehicle the next day. Winter storms prevented us from coming in to see it for a few days. We finally got to test drive it with Justin and another one they had just reduced the price on.
