Sames Ford

It's okay and maybe my grievance isn't with just this dealership. I had a control module go out, and while it was $900 to fix it that's not really the problem, why does a truck have to be in the shop for 9 or 10 days?? My Ford truck is in immaculate condition maybe this is an exception? Just wasn't a very impressed with the service schedule or timetable. They took the truck in and told me they would call me, a week later I called them and they said they were hoping to have it out in the next 5 days?!? None of that makes sense to me. It's a Ford vehicle at a Ford repair shop, 10 days?!?!

disapointed they lied to me at this Sames mcallen location, they said it was a soft inquiry from Sames, turns out its hard on credit, on report for 2 years. The lender hard inquiry is fine. My excellent credit was affected.

Came early (before they opened) to get vehicle checked and worked on, one they opened and told them what the vehicle was doing, they said they are 3 months behind in work for transmission, because they only have one guy. Not sure how that's acceptable,or what's worse being that far behind or only having one guy. It's ridiculous and makes me worry about future service I may need

Was told when taken a vehicle in to repair side door on a ford transit van that has a very hard time to close either gets off the track on bottom hinge or misaligned on hook that holds door closed for over 2 1/2 weeks but was told by rep there that the cause for the effect was due to a dent that happen on door just 2 days ago which is the dumbest thing I ever heard that a vehicle can have issues weeks before the actual damage if that’s true what kind of vehicle does that and that I have to repair dent first which will fix issue

Have been using Sames Quik Lane (previously Boggus) for years now. Only Quik Lane Service I trust. Always happy with no issues.
