Quick Lane has an entirely new crew, and they did not disappoint! I spoke with Roosevelt over the phone to let them know I’d be stopping by for service on our vehicles. When we arrived, Alexander, the manager, checked us in. The whole experience was excellent. The team worked seamlessly, took great care of us, and had everything done quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased and will definitely be returning for future service on our vehicles. We highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest service and great prices!

Alexander and the entire crew were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. My vehicle needed some repairs and my extended warranty recommended them. They worked with my schedule, had me bring in my vehicle one day to diagnose, then bring it back when the parts arrived. This was perfect for my situation. They were honest about the importance and severity of repairs that would not be covered,didn't try to force me to intimidate me into doing them, but warned me of the potential consequences if I didn't do them soon. I will definitely bring my vehicles back as needed.

I was a walk-in customer, without an appointment, and with an engine light icon problem this morning. Teddy, one of the customer service reps, right away answered all of my questions and assured me that they are able to replace sensor there after proper diagnostics and even order and deliver to center SAME-DAY delivery of Original manufacture or after-market parts for the default mass air-flow sensor on my car. I went to 2 other auto repair places before going to this one. Needless to say in 2.5 hours, all work was finished and they performed a test-drive of the vehicle before giving me my keys. Great service, I highly recommend this one over the other one on Canton Road which is managed by Hacienda Ford. This one here is managed by Sames Ford and they go above and beyond. They stayed late to get my truck done, I felt appreciated as a customer.

This place has great customer service. I’ve never had a worry with the services I receive here. They explain everything and don’t make me feel dumb. I’m not afraid to ask questions or ask about recommendations. I highly recommend! Ask for Alex.
