Sami’s Mobile Mechanics ( NEW TIRES, JUMP START, LOCK OUTS AND FUEL DELIVERY)

Osama WAS AMAZING!!!!! My Daughter is a college student in Hayward, and her car broke down and had it towed to the college. We looked up a couple of mobile mechanics, and they sent Osama out when he came out he diagnosed my daughter's car for a very decent price and talked to me over the phone. Mind you, my youngest is at college and I live in southern California. He told me everything that was wrong with the car and what the codes were reading. He was super honest and did not try to sell anything extra. He even went above and beyond and tested the alternator with a new battery from autozone and we learned more about what was wrong with the car. I highly recommend them more than I can even express. Because my baby was stranded and had issues with her car. We have to call another mechanic

Usama is great!! Called him to ask for pricing on a starter replacement he went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot the issue and got me back to a safe location! He used is knowledge and expertise to walk me through all of the different troubleshooting options all while remaining extremely kind and professional.. with his help I was able to leave the parking lot(I had been there for hours) to a safe spot.. I will be having him or one of his team members assist me with this issue because I trust what he says. I would like to thank him personally and give him a 5 star review! Thank you Usama!

Last night, I had a major issue with a jackknifed Uhaul truck and tow dolly w/ my car on it that I nearly bent trying to escape a smaller-than-expected parking area. UHaul roadside connected me with Sami's and the experience was fantastic, esp. considering it was Thursday at 8 PM! Usama showed up and helped me pop the tow dolly off the trailer hitch, unload my vehicle, maneuver the Uhaul into position and align the tow dolly and my vehicle for reconnecting -- all with basically no damage whatsoever to the rental equipment. Then he proceeded to spend 30+ minutes of what I assume was his OWN time to guide me through mounting my vehicle on the dolly properly and then teach me the basics of securing and properly ratcheting the tire straps down, etc. After we were done he even made sure to fo

Usama, was very easy and informative. He came within 25 minutes after calling him. He was fast and diagnosed the vehicle within 20 minutes. He was prompt and got the job done.
