Sammy's Pitstop

Sammy is an excellent mechanic!! He has done work on two of my cars now over the last 5 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest!! I highly recommend Sammy's Pitstop!

I guess in the world of SAMMYS PIT STOP, SAMMY can misdiagnose a simple oil leak, on a simple car, charge BIG money for phantom work performed, get paid for that phantom repair and send vehicle on its way without verifying repair was done correctly!!! Obviously Sammy doesn’t perform common protocols of the service industry in the USA. This very basic and self explanatory protocol includes the 4 C’s. COMPLAINT, CAUSE, CORRECTION & CONFIRMATION. 1. Verifying COMPLAINT or duplicating issue with the vehicle. 2. Troubleshooting vehicle systems to find the CAUSE of issue w/ vehicle. 3. Fixing the issue or CORRECTING to normal operation of vehicle system affected. 4. Lastly and more importantly CONFIRMATION of service or repairs done. Sammy has been taking care of my 2003 Escalade for 5+ years now. During that period, she has had her fair share of mechanical issues, but he has always gotten to the bottom of them in short order. So far, he has replaced a leaking power steering unit, front and rear shocks, air ride pump, various tensioner pulleys, fuel pressure regulators, and shortly a hydro-booster. His prices have always been far better than other local shops, or especially dealer charges, and my Cadillac has never performed better!

If it wasn’t for Sammy, I wouldn’t be able to own my cars as long as I have. Very knowledgeable about foreign and domestic cars. You can’t lose!
