Sam's Car Wash & Lube Center Lexington

I had a bought a 6 month membership and was going every week to get my car washed, a few weeks ago they were wiping down my car and wasn't doing a very good job so I ask the young man if he could please wipe off these spots and he started to give me a hard time so I decided to talk to the manager about the problem and he could have cared less telling me the young man didn't have to wipe down the hole vehicle and walked away. I don't understand why there is a sign saying if your not satisfied you have 24hrs to come back when they don't care at the time you have a problem, this is bad management and im sure im not the only one who has hade this problem Looks like I'll have to find a different place to get my vehicle cleaned Do better management

My husband had my car detailed at Sam's car wash in Lexington NC. He paid $60 dollars. The detail job was not great. It was vacuumed well, Elijah did a great job on vacuuming and getting some grease stains off the overhead upholstery. My son is a mechanic, he used my car, and got grease on the top upholstery overhead. Elijah worked and got it out. The wash was good; but the interior dusting and window cleaning is not good for the price we paid.

I had my car washed and detailed last week before a trip to the beach. They have a deal where if you bring your car back within 7 days you get a free rewash. Very impressed with their service. The wipers, edges of the sun guards and the end caps of the roof rack were all taped before the wash and carefully removed after. Good job guys 👏

Sam’s is the best full service car wash around. I was there yesterday and had the Tahoe washed. The young man that wiped it down and cleaned the glass found that the vacuum job wasn’t up to par and he went and got a vacuum and took care of it. I didn’t catch his name but here is his picture. Thanks for the above and beyond service!

Husband took his truck in to be cleaned inside and out. The floor mats were not cleaned. Only vacuumed. There are smears on the windshield and stuff still on the paneling and on the body of the passenger side. It was the end of the day. Sloppy work this visit.
