Sam's Club

A few weeks ago I ordered $200+ worth of groceries for my family. They were delivered to someone else. I called and they said I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. That has passed and still no refund. I have tried calling multiple times to get this taken care of, but the line just rings and rings, they disconnect me without answering, or a recording comes on stating they are experiencing high call volume. Money is super tight and this put my family in a hell of a bind. Update: Shortly after posting I received a call from the manager of curbside at the Ross Street location. He spoke with me about the matter and asked if I could come by to get it taken care of immediately. They have a lot of great sales on today and I believe for the rest of Dec through to Christmas. There meat is at a great price so if you are looking for some turkey and ham. Sam’s would be the best place for it.

Standard Sam's experience, the store is clean but sometimes a little cramped. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'm not in often but always make sure to use the scan and go so don't have to wait in line. The pizza and drink combo is still a great deal on the way out.

This Sam’s has the worst meat market and bakery of any Sam’s I’ve ever been to. Bunch of empty shelves. And it’s like this every time I go. This one is closer for me but I hve to drive across town to go to the one on Westgate Parkway. Like night and day that one is awesome!! Management matters

I inherited my mums account so I go in to buy a new iPhone. I had to trash it at the nearest eco arms because of terrorist threats. They even punk some groceries with Happy State the store offered me a job though.
