Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I purchased my tires online and was informed that the tires would be available within 1 week. The following business day, I received a call from a tech letting me know that my tires has arrived at the warehouse and scheduled an appointment for the installation. The installation day was great, very friendly staff and professional.

"I had a very disappointing experience at this Sam’s Club location on Eubank Boulevard. I was trying to pay with my card, but the scanner on my phone didn't work, and the cashier treated me extremely rudely, almost as if I were trying to steal something. Thankfully, I kept my composure, but it was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction. I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior because customers deserve better treatment."

Decided to try this place today instead of my usual any they said they couldn't rotate my tires because of a repair done somewhere else. Which is fine, I understand company policies differ. But they didn't offer any solution. Any good tire place would have offered to sell me tires. They just awkwardly sent me away. Already made a new appointment at Discount Tire. Discount has always done right by me, shouldn't have tried to go elsewhere.

My car is 5 years old and needed a new battery. I drove up to the Sam’s Tire and Battery department on Sunday, July 3. I didn’t want to turn off my car and as I walked up Jeremiah who was working putting tires on a car asked what I needed. I told him a new battery and didn’t want to turn off my car. He dropped what he was doing and immediately went with me to my car and helped me with what I needed. We went inside and and he made sure we got the correct battery. And as he was helping me, there was a couple more people around and he made sure to ask them what they needed. And let other employees know what was needed to be done for them.
