Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Lakeline - Very pleasant manager (female) and nice younger technician today out of the 2 technicians I talked to there today. The older technician seemed to think I made an appointment for 2 leaky tires on recent new tire installation just for fun or to annoy them... Sir, I work 60 hours a week and have 2 young kids, I do not have time to be hanging out at Sams. I do not wash my car, but I keep ON that tire pressure to make sure its near perfect... so you know, I dont wreck myself or into someone else. Tires and brakes, by far most important parts of the car. At this particular Lakeline location, it seems like one of the tire technicians keeps one of the tire stem caps LOOSE, so it is lost when you drive away. About tires here 3 months ago and I needed to repair one of my tires but they refuse to fix it unless I had an unexpired membership with Sam's club. I asked him how much would it cost to just fix the flat and they said that because I'm not a member they will not fix the flat for me. So I was forced to buy a membership to have my tire fixed. I'm not sure if this is legal or not because I purchased these tires and they're refusing to service them even at a cost. This is just wrong. Update: it's been a month or two since I fixed my flat. Since then I have shaking on one of my tires that they fixed. So I brought it back to them. They spent an hour and a half, and ultimately they said they couldn't fix it because they couldn't take the lug nuts off of one the tires they fixed a month ago. I tol

I always go there for tire and battery. Manager Jose and his team are always friendly, and do a fabulous job. I recently had my foggy headlights cleaned. Now they look like new!!

I would rate this experience a 1.5, primarily due to the value it offered. However, the scheduling process was extremely problematic, and the sharing of information was poor. Despite several attempts to contact the department, I was consistently met with challenges. My calls were transferred to overseas support, who incorrectly informed me that there was no tire order under my name. This was contradicted by the Sam's app, which showed that my tires had already been shipped to the store. Further attempts to reach the store directly were futile, as my calls went unanswered. When I tried the scheduling phone number, I was met with a generic voice prompt system that was frustratingly unhelpful, leading me to hang up in annoyance. I went today for my tires installation, for second time unfortunately I missed the wheels key and I have to come back later. The reason why I give 2 stars it's because the guy from the staff gives a poor service looks like if he doesn't want to work there or had a bad day, Rene is his name. After checkout I was attended by other guy who friendly told me what's going on I I just stopped wasting time. And thanks I appreciate that. They're not taking appointments and that's make people waste time when they need to take a day off for this and going through the mornings to see if there's a chance to get the service. Honestly I was about to cancel the service and go to another place. I hope this can be helpful for other people.
