Sam's Club Tire & Battery

The team at the Brunswick tire center were great! I can’t remember the guys name but I’m pretty sure he’s the main supervisor. Nevertheless, he went above and beyond to correct an issue that was caused by one of his techs. He made me feel that he actually cared about me and my experience. I went in not thrilled and left very satisfied. Glad I purchased my set at this Sam’s location and plan on doing so in the future. Not completely sure but I think the guys name is Stephen. Could be way off though.

No one attending the walk-up desk. The scan/check-in app was down. I asked a store associate for assistance who went to the back and notify them we were waiting for assistance and I was told they're in the back Boosie and he walked away. Minutes later I walked behind the counter and tap on the glass to get someone's attention, and they took their time shuffling to the counter. When the work was complete, I was told they would phone me and they did not. Again, I walked behind the counter to the window and I could see that the work was complete but once again I had to jump through hoops to get someone's attention. The attitude displayed by both attendance clearly so they could not give a crap about helping anyone. I realize they may have been short-staffed, but attitude is everything and the

So thankful for Carl & Mike taking care of us so quickly and efficiently. Outstanding job! We had a tire separate tread and blow off on 95 and they were able to get us fixed and back on the road in less than 45 mins. Great guys and so thankful you got them at your store. Keep em bossman...heck give them a raise too!

I love this location here i’m brunswick ga! The guys are always so nice & so helpful. I’ve had 2 emergency’s and they took me right in and had me back going. Thanks so much to a GREAT staff in the sams tire and battery center. Only complaint I have is that a call center answers all calls and it’s so frustrating, can you please put an associate at the desk at all times to answer the calls? Thank you so much GOD bless I give the tire center 10 stars

Great customer service especially from young lady at counter of tire department. She explained everything clearly and was very polite. The tech in the shop got me in and out with no issues and right on time! Thank you to all involved. Will be back.
