Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I recently spent over $1,000 at this location on a new set of tires. Today, I returned for a simple tire patch and was told there was only one automotive employee scheduled, resulting in a three to four hour wait. I said I was willing to wait, but instead of accommodating me, I was discouraged from staying and told to come back another day. It is unacceptable to inconvenience customers due to poor staffing and lack of planning. What made this even more frustrating was that every automotive service bay was completely empty. No vehicles were being worked on at all. This is a large facility serving thousands of customers and generating significant revenue, yet only one person was scheduled to handle automotive service. I definitely won't be returning. I ordered a full set to be installed. Before I get into the problems, I want to make it clear that the woman they have checking people out was great and helpful. The men I worked with, not so much. When my service was complete, the guy who worked on it brought me my keys and paperwork and walked away. I luckily looked over the paperwork and saw that the odometer reading was 0. I knew that would cause an issue with any warranty claim and went back to the lady who checked me in. She said it was the wrong paperwork. Unacceptable. I got to my car and the pressure readings on 2 of my tires was 0 and 19. I've also had tires replaced on this vehicle a few times and have never had my pressure reading in the car say 0 on a tire after replacement. I went back in and

Went in on the 26th for them to check out my tires; they let me know they would have to order the tires and give me a call when they are ready to be installed. That same day I prepaid the installation. It has now been over two weeks and I never received a call notifying me that the tires had arrived and were ready to be installed. I had to call and wait on hold for over 18 minutes before I was able to speak with someone to check the status of the tires. They informed me that the next available appointment is tomorrow evening (4pm). I need my car to be in a safe, drivable condition. Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of urgency when the technicians themselves told me I shouldn’t be driving with those tires.

We've used this tire center for years, but now we won't be back. The last two times we bought tires here and had them installed at this location, the technicians lost our tire caps and installed a least one tire incorrectly so it had a slow leak. The last time we came here, not only did they make the exact same mistakes, but somehow they also managed to break our spare tire by tightening it too much and nearly puncturing it with the pressure. Absolutely ridiculous. Tires cost too much to be making repeated mistakes like this.

I brought my car in to get tires and the tech was at the counter ready to help as soon as I walked up. He was polite and took my car back immediately. He completed the work faster than I expected and was very helpful when answering my questions when I picked up. A great experience!
