Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Inexcusable! Absolutely the worst service or should I say non-service I have ever experienced with any company. Despite having been told, when I made my appointment that they would install my tires even though I did not purchase the tires at this store. However upon arrival I was told that they would not be willing to do this for me. Even though they were quite capable of performing this task they insisted that they would not satisfy my request. Thus forcing me to take my business elsewhere. Obviously I will never go back to Sam's club Tire and battery department. I guess I should have looked at their overall review before even thinking about coming here. They have an overall 2.5 star review. So basically half their customers are dissatisfied and the other half don't know any better.

They broke a lug nut off when replacing my tires and somehow it's my fault and my problem. I may just cancel my membership over this! And of course I got to spend more money to get it fixed and bring it back for them to break more of my car, I don't freaking think so!

Do not buy tires here unless you want to wait three hours to have them put on. Even if you schedule an appt they put other customers in front of you. Definitely not coming back here to get tires from this place.
