Sam's Club Tire & Battery

We ordered new tires on the Sam's Club app this afternoon, and they had a 5pm appt available. We showed up a little after 4 and planned to drop it off and kill some time at dinner and shopping. They had our tires all ready to go and had it done at 4:45! Our last two sets came from Costco and discount tire, and both places didn't even start on our car until two hours AFTER our appointment time. We'll be back for sure!

I pulled up to the only open garage door and he told me they don’t do oil changes and I asked for just a rotation then and he said I’m going to need you to move your car buddy you’re blocking my bay, so I left

Got 4 tires installed, work was done in a reasonable amount of time, even with an additional request to install provided tire sensors Results were good driving off the lot!

I came in to have the free tire balance and rotation. The employees were very friendly and had the work done in about 20 minutes. They helped me load my purchases in the vehicle since it was still in the garage bay. Overall a pleasant experience:)

Had an appointment here to replace all four of my tires and purchased them from Sam's. At the first appointment I went to, they ended up calling me about 20 minutes after I gave them my keys to tell me they couldn't find the locking lug key so I would have to go buy one from a dealership and reschedule. I took my car over to my moms a few days later and her fiance looked and found the locking lug key in my car in about 2 minutes. At the next appointment (which was probably 2-3 weeks later) I didn't have the physical Sam's card because it was my moms fiance's but I did have a photo of it and he had been with me to the first appointment where we literally purchased the tires so they were already paid for. I got through the door of Sam's fine showing them the photo of the card but the employ
