Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Brought in my car because of consistent deflating in one of my tires. Filling the tire up with air would only solve the problem for 3 days before needing to be filled again. Brought it to Sam’s and was told there was a giant rip on the inside that they were unable to fix, and that I’d have to replace not one but two tires. I left and had the tire taken off elsewhere where they actually showed me the issue. There was absolutely no “rip” or hole in the tire, the problem was the valve leaking. The other shop was able to fix the valve in about 10 mins and it was free. I no longer feel comfortable going to Sams for my tires as they seem dishonest and/or too lazy to fix the issue.

This is the slowest tire service ever. I've had problems with long waits in the past but love their warranty so I kept coming back. After my 3 hour wait last time I decided never again. Then I was told they have appointments. Score! I bought 2 tires and set up my appt. It's been an hour and a half past my appt time (that I waited 4 days for). I asked to talk to the manager bc there's no one to be found in the tire center and she seems to think that I should be happy that they are "almost" done. Never again. For real this time.

I had the BEST experience here yesterday! I had a nail in my tire at the edge, where it wasn't repairable. I went to Sam's near closing time of the tire center and Matthew and Pedro helped me in no time! Matthew knew I was nervous about driving home with it because my husband was working late and I didn't want to have a blowout. He said he would fix it and showed me all of the tires and their price range. He got me all taken care of, was friendly, and was so easy and fun to talk to! Thanks guys!

I would love to continue to get tires here but the service is horrible. You can never reach anyone whether phone call or even in person. I made appt last week to get 2 new tires Monday & when tried to srop ir off they had wronf tires.

I had a great experience, first time buying tires here. They were definitely looking out for the consumer as she explained that if I waited till the next day, I could save an additional $60 on my purchase.
