Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Went this morning, low tires and was told it would take 2 hours just to check the air in my tires. Ridiculous!! January 24, 2025. We have been members for years. Swear tires went right to it. This is my husband and a worker at sweat tires in Bay Minette, AL that fixed the air very efficiently!!!

Called to confirm car battery in stock. My call was rerouted to a call center in India. Had to provide answers to a series of questions to get no help at all. Cant understand why identity verification is so important just to find out if they have a certain product in the store. Costco is a better option.

Service sucks and wastes your time. I will never buy tires from here again. Even if you make an appointment it takes an eternity and everyone there acts like doing their job is a massive inconvenience.

No one ever answers the phone. Bought 4 tires from Sam's, really advertised the free lifetime tire rotation and alignment. What they conveniently leave out is that the tread has to be to a certain standard. Wasted 2 days - making an appointment in person (with a rude woman), and then getting my car worked on just for them to tell me no. Save your time and money.

They fit us in at the last minute for a tire rotation today. Patrick at the desk was super nice and helpful. Thanks to all.
