Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I was on the phone for 45 min before I could actually speak to an American worker at this store. Denham is 1000x better than the BR location but I’m done w Sam’s tire! I’ll be taking my money to Discount Tire from now on.

Today I took my car in was pretty sure I got a nail in my tire. I was helped by a young man named Christopher. He was very polite and professional. Got my tire fixed up and I was back on the road!

Went above and beyond for me! I know nothing about tires. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable and patient with me. He gave me all my options so I could make an informed decision while weighing out the options and being mindful of my pocket book. I am a new customer for life! I will continue to come back here for my tires and ask for Chris moving forward! Highly recommend this place for your tires. And will point others here. Customer service 100/10.

They went above and beyond to make sure I had the right tires for my vehicle and for my terrain at home. They went out of their way to help and give me the smoothest experience possible. These people truly care about helping others!

I got a great deal on tires. I asked to keep my old tires as spares and they were kind enough to put them in the trash bags that I provided before putting the tires in my backseat.
