Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I had a flat tire that I had to have replaced through warranty but also had a damaged rim to replace first. Purchased a $600 OEM rim elsewhere, brought it here to have the tire put on and they damaged it. All they had to do was put a tire on the rim and they scraped up half the wheel. I’m not sure how much more incompetent you can be.

I ordered a set of 4 tires in store on 12/28/24. I came in today 1/5/25 to get them installed. They said it would be about an hour. I showed back up at that time when they informed there was an issue and that the 4 tires didn't match (different speed ratings). They didn't call right away when they figured this out, instead left me a voicemail saying that my car was ready. The guy working there had no idea what the other guy did regarding the sale. It has a gigantic waste of time. The manager on duty came over and very apologetic. He offered to have the guy help me look for a different set of tires. After 5 minutes of waiting, I left. Update: Walk-in for 50 mi retorque and balancing my spare, they took care of it promptly. Mark gives great advice and is a pleasure to work with. _____ Bought tires, good experience with installation. Tires were delivered 2 days after ordering and an appt for install was available the next day though I took a later one. Mark and John were personal, helpful and answered all my questions incl. during the installation process. Will update review once I've tested the services included with install, e.g. tire rotations, tire patching, tire warranty, and road hazard claims.

I got my car serviced by Mehki. Not only is he a kind young gentleman, he completed my TPMS replacement in record time and was super professional. That’s huge coming from somewhere retail like Sam’s club.

lazy & untrustworthy. i had a terrible experience. I had an appointment for a patch in which they declined to do because they “didn’t find a leak” in my tire. this was right after I had left a dealership telling me they found a leak in my tire, & I chose to go to Sams to patch it because they said it’s free . They told me again & again that they found no leaks in my tire, when in reality they really never checked. The next day, it’s literally leaking as i’m putting air in it … so I brought it to another tire shop & they’re also telling me I need a patch now or a new tire all together. Sam’s Club is only good for shopping, not your car services.
