Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Chris and Sarah provided impeccable service, which was extra refreshing as I've had a few negative experiences with car stuff at other places lately. When my tire blew out and was unrepairable, they were able to get a replacement ordered the same day, and I set up an appointment for a fix a few days later, which I was able to have done before going into work. They helped me navigate my warranty to get the best deal possible, and were extremely respectful and conscientious of my time, and got me in and out very quickly. I highly recommend the people here at Sam's Club

Sams club tires and battery is really awesome! They did my tesla compared to the one location in citrus heights their techs said they do not work on tesla vehicles which is odd because they have couple three point lift and sams in folsom only has one and they are able to take my tesla in. Also folsom location tires and battery techs are super cool and helpful. They seem like they are having fun while busy working on cars.

Fantastic! honest and helpful service! I had an issue with my tire and they immediately helped me, found a leak, AND noticed dangerous wear on a different tire that indicated an issue with alignment that wasn't fixed right from a collision center. Thankful for their thorough caring job!!!
