Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I arrived promptly for my scheduled 4:06 p.m. appointment today to have my tires replaced. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was only one technician working and that all customers with appointments had supposedly been called to reschedule. I was never contacted, which is why I showed up for my appointment as scheduled. I was then told that the manager had decided the first customer to arrive would be serviced since multiple people were booked for the same time slot—which happened to be me. Fast forward two hours later, around 6:10 p.m., I went to ask for an update on my vehicle. Only then did the technician inform me that my car would not be serviced at all today and that I would need to reschedule. Oscar from the tire shop was the nicest guy EVER, I came in with my mom without an appointment & he squeezed my car in somehow to plug the tire of my new car I had just got. Such a genuine guy and highly reccomend getting the lifetime warranty tire rotation, such a great deal because Mazda would charge me $15 every time.

I would not recommend this location for tire installation. We ordered tires online and had them delivered to our store. There was no option to pay online when we ordered during a special sale which stated we would not have to pay for the installation fees and we were given a total price confirmation when we ordered. During payment, after we dropped it off, they missed that and had to correct it. Then my husband noticed it was still not the same price that was given to us online. The employee would not honor this 30-some dollar difference, stating the Sams website gets things wrong after we showed him the confirmation price we had from our online order. Not apologetic whatsoever. So if you order online after shopping around for the best deal, be prepared for a different price at the store.

Had to wait a month to get tires rotated. Then evidently the techs cannot count to 4 since they only tightened the bolts on 3 of 4 tires. My daughter drove around for a month with loose lug nuts. She has complained about a noise we thought was broken piece of trim. Never thought it would be loose lug nuts!!! The sound got worse so took it to jiffy lube and they found that all the lugs were loose!! The Sams club so called technicians could have killed my daughter!! DO NOT USE!!!
