Sam's Club Tire & Battery

WOW! Went in today with a nail in my tire. They were so nice an got me in right away. When they were done fixing it they gave me my keys and thanked me. I asked how much I owe them and He said it's no charge because you are a Sam's Club member. WOW! Excellent Service. Very nice professional Employees. Thank you all for being so WONDERFUL.

Went in because my tire had nail in it. The tech Russell lied about the tread on my tires saying a huge difference of 4/32 per tire. The tech also lied and said I didn't have a spare to put on. Also they don't carry the same tire I currently have bought from them so they are putting a less than tire on. This tire doesn't have the same speed rating or anything. I am so frustrated and disappointed with the tire center.

My husband made an appointment to put the tires on that we ordered through Sams Club. I arrived to find out that the national call center was not supposed to make an appointment for us and they were double booked out to December. Brittany was fantastic, she could see that I needed to have the tires and reassured me that it was not my fault. Despite being crazy busy, she went above and beyond the call of duty and found the tires we special ordered, put them on and checked out the rest of the car while I waited. She was very professional and respectful. Her kindness made my day and was greatly appreciated.

I made an order for 4 new tires, I scheduled the appointment and when I arrived they told me I didn't have an appointment. This appointment was made two weeks ago. I took time off work for this appointment! They had no cars and were not busy at all. Then they proceed to tell me I was required to have a Sam's card 🙄 How else did they think I ordered and purchased the tires? They wouldn't look me up because I didn't have the physical card. I had the order number and receipt. Terrible customer service, I canceled the order and came to Tire Plus. With Tire Plus I didn't have an appointment but accommodated me right away. It's 4 mins down the road! And I was able to get an oil change at the same time. 😊 friendly staff! Please do better Sam's. Lost a paying customer and member today.

Horrible service! I tried and tried to get to a human being in the tire department. I kept being put on hold. Finally after waiting on hold forever, I decided to called a different number for Sam's Club. I clicked on "0" and got the main desk. I told the lady I was so happy to get a human at the Fridley store and I needed to talk to someone in the tire department. Her answer, "there's only two employees there and they're working on cars now." I said, "that's not my fault. They need to hire more people. I may go to Costco and get a new membership there." So frustrated!!!
