Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Tried telling me my rear tires were cupping when I brought vehicle in for tire rotation. Told me it would cause vehicle to ride rough and shake if I followed through with rotation. I suspected it was an attempt just to get me to buy tires and I was right. Vehicle is fine. I even confronted them about it and the rep told me they don't make commissions on tire sales. That's great and all, but I know you guys have sales to meet, so it makes no difference to me. I'll try another location to see if I have a better experience.

It finally took me over like 5 bad experiences to decide to post a review. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. My uncle got me warranty on some tires here but sam’s is always giving me a hard time with getting them replaced. I got a flat tire and I came and they said I had to have the cardholder to be able to fix it even though I have the sam’s card and receipt they always make me bring my uncle and says I can’t do anything without my uncle. Then they fixed the flat for me but then my tire starts leaking...meaning they couldn’t even repair it correctly and so I come back to let them know and they make me pay $80 for a new tire with WARRANTY I should’ve just gone to discount tire. And after 1 week the same exact tire popped again, no nail or anything.

I remember reading somewhere online that some Sam's Clubs did poorly with tires installation and could damage customers' wheels in the process and guess what, I happened to just replaced 4 new wheels just a couple of weeks ago so I decided to be safe and went outside to take photos of all my wheels before dropping it off for tires installation. 1 hr later, I came back to pick up my car. As I walked out to the car, I checked all my wheels. I must say, through out all the years I had gone to Discount Tires, none of my wheels had any significant grimes and dirt on ANY wheels after ANY installation except some tires' installation lube at the very edge of each wheel. Therefore, I was not please to see the following: 1. Rear driver side wheel - minor grime and dirt on 1 spoke of the wheel (OK,

Sam's club in general does not have the best prices. Even Walmart has better prices. I thought they would be the same, or better at sams. It is nice to get large quantities, though

Very nice workers... just under staffed... 4.5 if I could. About 75 minute basic tire rotation and balance (warranty)
