Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I bought tires back in July of 2024 with the warranty to repair/replace the tire. When they ordered the tires they ordered the tires for the wrong model vehicle. We did not find out until they called us after we dropped off the vehicle to get the tires changed. We had to wait a total of 2 weeks to get new tires put on our vehicle. Fast forward to 2 days ago. We took the tires in because of a leak. Finds out there is a nail stuck too close to the side wall to repair, but the employee would not order the tire the first day. He said that I had to go in to order the tire and pay for it up front. When I go back in to pickup the vehicle, I was told by the service employee that he could not order the tire because he did not know how to calculate the tire price and would have to come back the next

Terrible!!!!! They have an entrance to the tire center where you drop your car off at their garage. It's now unavailable to customers. They make you walk all the way around to the front entrance and all the way to the back of the store again to the tire center to drop off your keys. I understand liability reasons but it's not an entrance into the work area. It's a walkway to the store where the tire center register is located. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if it wasn't cold and rainy weather. My concern is people who have health issues. My recommendation to anybody dealing with the tire center is to NOT! But if you have to, park your vehicle by the front entrance and make them walk around to grab it. Extremely disappointing Sam's Club. I wonder if Costco treats their customers this poo
