Sam's Club Tire & Battery

They were quick and friendly, HOWEVER a few minutes after simply having my tires replaced, I try to drive away and my engine is overheating. Immediately after leaving Sam’s after getting my tires changed all of my coolant was gone from the reservoir and there was a new leak that wasn’t there before I got my tires changed. Now this repair is costing me $950 for something that wasn’t wrong with my car before I went there. I’m not sure if they put my car on the jack wrong or what, but I was not having a coolant leak before this I can tell you that! They had to have done something and now I need my entire water pump replaced. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. These people apparently are not careful or care enough to do this job properly. I was in a pinch on a Sunday when I discovered that I had a tire with a bad valve stem. All of the appointments were full, but they were able to service my vehicle as a walk-in. David was very friendly and informative. The service only took around 30 minutes which was exceptionally fast for a walk-in.

A good store manager makes a big difference. After a frustrating experience with the tire center, I spoke with Sam, an assistant manager. He listened to me explain my complaint, then he thoroughly verified what I said with his store system access. He further verified in person at the tire center before ensuring we would not be excessively late getting our car back. Well done to a thorough, calm, and professional assistant manager.

No even close of what they used to be, I bought 4 tires, after waiting 2 hours . The they changed my appointment without letting me know, now I have tire light in my dash. Maybe because they messed up the sensor!!never again Hagerstown MD

I have purchased several sets of tires from Sam's in Hagerstown and have been nothing but happy each time. The prices are good, but the quality of the installation is superb! Always very well balanced, super smooth. Then today, I found a screw in a tire recently bought. It was right by the side wall, so it was not repairable. The road damage protection included with the tires covered the replacement tire, all I had to pay was labor. All of the interactions have been first rate! Highly recommended these folks!
