I had an appointment for a tire rotation No attention to Customer Service nor attention to finishing a simple tire rotation and turning it over to the customer. Took an hour and 15 minutes. had to ask them to check on my tire rotation because it appeared to be done. Only after then, they quickly wheeled it out and brought me my keys. I’m not returning to this place. They don’t care.
The people here are great! Manny, Ana, thank you so much for providing me with such a pleasant experience. A ball on my tire was caught and they made me feel like a valued customer. Love to you all.
Amazing customer service from Manny & Ana. Some issues came up while I was there getting my tires changed and they were great! They went above & beyond!
