Getting my new truck tires was an excellent experience. The employees of the tire center were very friendly and knowledgeable, and it only took 45 minutes!!

Ordered new tires for my pickup truck online and had one of the better tire install experiences since the last I could remember. I dropped the truck off at my scheduled appointment time and they finished within an hour. What really set the service apart was when I picked the truck up - the rep I spoke with, Jeff explained how they reprogrammed the tpms system since my larger than stock tires on my pickup run lower than normal pressure. He also explained how he placed a sticker on the door jamb showing the ideal pressure. This was above and beyond service. Upon inspecting my tires I was happy to see that they had no issues (scuffing, scratched rims, etc). Thank you!

Came in 2 weeks ago, made appt for Labor Day (they offered as the next available) and I drove 2 HOURS from Franklin NC to this location for 4 brand-new tires. They said they couldn't put the tires on because they couldn't get ONE nut off a tire! My fiancee tried to go out there and do it himself, nope, they wouldn't allow him. So now we have to drive all the way BACK to Franklin NC in 100% RAIN UNSAFE! Honestly, these guys just really acted like they didn't want to work today. BTW: I'm a PLUS member AND a Walmart member. I SPEND LOTS of money with this company to be treated so POORLY! SHAME SHAME SHAME!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Tim in the tire center is very professional. He told another customer she needed to wait 5,000 miles before putting two new ones on so the tires would wear more evenly and make for safer driving. We were both impressed with his knowledge and truly caring for the customer.

This time I was picking up my glasses. They are great in optical! Very nice, personable and the price was fantastic. Highly recommend
