Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Dear Sam's Club Tire & Battery, On 02/16/2026 1340 hours, I called the Sam's Club in Hot Springs, AR. I spoke with a women in the tires & battery department who was avoiding trying to help me with a simple question. The difficult thing is, I was being polite and respectful the whole time. I simply asked if they had a battery in stock for my make and model of vehicle. To sum it up, this women needs to stay away from the phone with her passive aggressive attitude. The behavior is not conducive to providing customer service. I for one will be taking my vehicle somewhere else that hires respectful persons.

I had an appointment. They got me in quick. Tires where on before I could get my groceries list checked out. No scratches on wheels they did leave a little grease but no big deal. Will us them again

Tried calling without any answer. Called customer service desk phone rang for 3 mins before answer. Then they got me through to the tire and battery department representative. I asked if they had a battery for my vehicle and how much. After 13 mins of listening to slamming in background and waiting for a quote on speaker phone I hung up. I shopped elsewhere after this disappointing service.Bumper to Bumper took great care of me.

Replaced my tires with michelins a few months ago. I drive to bryant from hot springs daily and had a blowout. The guys tracked down a warranty i didnt even know I had made it out of there for less than $30.00. They also found a bolt stuck in my tire and fixed it as well! Thank you for awesome and amazing service today you made my day!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

30 sec interaction, Very simple question. Rudest I've ever been treated at Sam's Club or a tire shop. Definitely won't be going here for service.
